While there is no set expiration on our valuations, it is important to remember the London property market moves quickly and this can impact the value of your property. Our agents are local market experts and will let you know if they recommend a change in asking price or rent before putting your property on the market. Similarly, it is sometimes necessary to change the asking price or rent once your property is on the market to reflect demand and current market conditions, and your agent will advise accordingly.

On average, a property valuation takes between 30-60 minutes to complete. The duration may vary based on the size of your property, any unique features it has and of course how many questions you have if you are present at the valuation appointment.
