At the start of the process he was incredibly helpful in talking me through all the stages of the sale, he kept me regularly updated on the progress of all of the moving parts, and his cheery disposition was lovely to work with. We had an overall excellent experience with KFH in Clapham. We first met with Gurdeep Gohler, who gave us a valuation on our house. We ultimately decided to go with another estate agent who valued it at significantly more. We have no regrets on this decision, but it would transpire Gurdeep was proved right on his valuation. After a disappointing experience with our first estate agent we moved to KFH where we found the branch manager Max Turner to be excellent at navigating us; he was always reassuring, communicative and helpful. When we got a good offer for the house, Lucia Osman, who was also excellent, guided it through to completion. Recommended.

Great service from Max, Aarti, and team. Having shortlisted KFH, Abbeville Road, to market my nearby two bedroom maisonette, I unwisely commenced with another agency. That agent was eventually removed and Max and team took over and swiftly achieved not 1 but 3 offers at a target price. The team were great at organising and executing viewings with properly qualified buyers, and worked well with us to arrange viewings at convenient times. Highly recommended.
