We look for RICS qualified chartered surveyors with extensive experience providing the following valuation, survey and general practice services:

• Residential building surveys
• Commercial building surveys
• Expert witness
• Leasehold extensions

Established for over 25 years, our Financial Services division offers mortgage advice and protection policies, which are arranged exclusively through Legal & General.

We look for highly trained mortgage and protection consultants who understand the estate agency industry, have broking experience and are CeMAP qualified or equivalent.

With the focus on providing excellent service to KFH clients, those in sales roles are rewarded with an industry leading basic salary and uncapped commission potential. In addition, we offer extensive ongoing training to ensure our mortgage and protection consultants adhere to strict compliance and data protection requirements.

Our build to rent division offers many exciting and varied roles including relationship managers and leasing consultants.
