Treasury & Finance Manager

At KFH we are looking for a treasury and finance manager to join our Block Management Accounts team in Wimbledon.

Are you currently, or have you previously worked in a property accounting role? Are you detail orientated and a great problem solver? Experienced in leading an accounting team? You will report into our Accounts Director.

Responsibilities of a treasury and finance manager include:

• Supervising the Banking and Finance Administrators
• Liaising with our Bank Relationship Manager
• Maintaining and Reconciliation of the KFH Payments Accounts
• Reviewing balance of all bank accounts, to ensure that no accounts have overdrawn balances
• Processing of faster payment and supplier bacs payments (main payment runs Mon/Thurs)
• Processing of the KFH monthly payroll
• Monthly reconciliation of the KFH Invoice block and control of the KFH debtor account
• Reconciliations and moving of our client’s payroll vat to their company bank account or notional account
