I used KFH’s Tooting branch to sell my property. Dan Todd and the team were exceptional from start to finish. The team kept me regularly updated on interest, viewings and feedback of my property and gave advice each step of the way. They were knowledgeable, patient, friendly and always contactable. The flat sale and my new purchase ended up being a long process (over 6 months), with various difficulties along the way (not related to Dan / KFH), but Dan worked tirelessly to keep me updated, regularly stepping in to chase my buyer and her solicitor. The team went over and above to ensure we exchanged and completed. I wholeheartedly trusted Dan throughout the process and despite it being a difficult transaction, felt reassured and comforted that I was in excellent hands. A huge thank you to Dan and the team.
