Moving my 86 year old mum out of a large home she had lived in for 51 years was never going to be an easy task but having KFH at the helm for the sale made everything go very smoothly. Mum felt totally at ease with the entire team, and they were really sensitive to what would work for her. It was the thoughtful touches - like having the team who would be showing potential buyers around come and meet with mum in advance and ensuring she wouldn't receive any unsolicited callers that made the difference to us and she felt included in the process which was important. A special thanks to Tom and Callum for the communication during the sale process, I never felt like I needed to chase anything. Overall it was a great experience working with KFH and although I hope I don't have to sell any property in the near future, I'd definitely use them again when needed!

I recently rented my first flat in the UK w KFH Streatham and the process was incredibly seamless thanks in huge part to Jenelle. Unlike my experience w some of the other letting agencies, Jenelle kept me informed throughout the entire journey and the turnaround was quick and painless. I viewed a flat Sat morning, submitted my offer over the weekend, and I had received confirmation that my offer was accepted before noon on Monday. From start to finish Tom and his team were efficient, helpful and most importantly for me - friendly. They gave good advice every step of the way, and never pushed us into doing anything we didn't want to do - rather made useful suggestions and tips to make our home more appealing. Callum was a fantastic Sales Assistant, and Caitlin was the main person doing viewings. They gave constructive feedback after each viewing. And once we had an offer accepted they helped us with queries we had. Before we chose them to sell our home we'd had quotes from other companies in the area, who had much more aggressive sales tactics which we didn't feel comfortable with.

Callum and his colleagues were very helpful during our extremly long purchase process. They managed it well and were generous with their time, allowing us the view the property multiple times.

When we realised we needed to move pretty swiftly before Christmas having just given birth, in October 24 we set KFH a task to sell our flat very quickly and they gave us huge confidence that this could be achieved. They ended up finding our buyers who put in an offer that we accepted within a week of the property going on the market and we exchanged 2 months later just before Christmas. Tom and Callum at the Streatham branch were an absolute joy to deal with for the entire process and we were very grateful for their professionalism, advice, and efficiency as well as their kind, friendly and calming nature.
