I worked with a number of estate agents throught this process and got the best service (by far) from KFH, specifically Caitlin.

I recently completed a purchase through Emilia. She was so helpful from start to finish and I feel that she went above and beyond to make sure that everything went as smooth as possible for me. She was always professional and reassuring, keeping me updated at all points. I would 100% recommend her - thank you Emilia!

We did several viewings with Caitlin when looking for our for our first property and she was definitely the most helpful agent we worked with through the whole process. Caitlin showed us some great properties that were exactly what we were looking for and listened to our needs completely. She was also really helpful with all the questions we had around the process and gave us great advice. Although we haven’t proceeded with a KFH property this time around I would definitely consider and recommend working with them in the future. We also had great experiences with other KFH branches when looking but Caitlin was a standout! Thank you for all your help :)

Recently bought my first property through KFH in Streatham. From the viewing, all the way to completion Emilia was very kind, cheerful and supportive. We worked with Tom R at KFH a few years ago on a property purchase which didn't materialize, but he left such a good impression that we approached him recently for some advice on construction work we are considering in our new property. He set up a call within a day and gave some excellent guidance that has now shaped our decision making of the potential extension. When we come to sell our property, he'll be top of our list as an agent - would definitely recommend!

Callum and his colleagues were very helpful during our extremly long purchase process. They managed it well and were generous with their time, allowing us the view the property multiple times.

When we realised we needed to move pretty swiftly before Christmas having just given birth, in October 24 we set KFH a task to sell our flat very quickly and they gave us huge confidence that this could be achieved. They ended up finding our buyers who put in an offer that we accepted within a week of the property going on the market and we exchanged 2 months later just before Christmas. Tom and Callum at the Streatham branch were an absolute joy to deal with for the entire process and we were very grateful for their professionalism, advice, and efficiency as well as their kind, friendly and calming nature.
