I dealt with several estate agents in the process of selling my house. The best - by far - was KFH in Highgate. Euan was my main contact. Thank goodness for Euan and KFH. Selling a house is rarely an easy or smooth process, especially in the run-up to stamp duty cut-off. Euan was a beacon of light and a calm & solid fount of wisdom on the phone. He provided consistent encouragement to stay the course. After a buyer fell through he came up with a new buyer within a week - at full asking price. He managed to take me all the way to successful completion relatively unscathed even though I described the selling process as ‘like being in Squid Game.’ Never though I would hear myself say this - but Euan deserved every last penny of his commission. I cannot recommend both Euan and KFH too highly. They are seriously professional, have grit and integrity and throughout the process they were a pleasure to have as partners.

Oliver was very helpful

KFH manages our properties in London since 2020. They have always found us best tenants, thank to their efficient vetting system. We have never had any problem with collecting the rents. They visit our properties as per a regular schedule and send us the report of these visits plus the photos of properties. If there is any change in rules and regulations, they inform us right away and let us know what actions should be taken accordingly. Our property managers in KFH are professional and always reachable and they always answer our queries promptly. All in all, we are very happy with KFH and always have peace of mind as we are confident that our properties are managed by such a reputable company.
