I cannot recommend KFH Chiswick enough, especially Charlotte who was fantastic throughout the whole process! As a first time buyer it was definitely quite daunting, but Charlotte was extremely helpful, very proactive with making sure things kept on moving in the right direction and also very flexible when it came to scheduling viewing times. Not only was she super helpful throughout, but was also available post completion for any questions i had. I honestly have nothing bad to say! A special mention to Med as well who made the whole mortgage process very simple and explained each step to me in great detail, making sure everything was crystal clear! When the buyer was being difficult they really stepped up. They went completely above and beyond even accepting being rude and sworn at by the buyer. Craig, who is also local to the area was fantastic and Liam as well. Always when you call or drop in someone able to help. Very stressful selling your property and these guys make it as easy as possible and go that extra mile. Fees were reasonable too. Not your usual estate agent sharks!
