Mountain Warehouse the latest in a series of commercial deals for KFH

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward’s (KFH) Commercial Property division has secured a prime retail unit in Wimbledon, SW19, for Mountain Warehouse, the outdoor clothing and equipment retailer.
The 6,000 sq ft unit has a prominent frontage on The Broadway in Wimbledon and sits among a host of other popular retail outlets. The deal is based on a five year lease at an annual rent of £140,000 exclusive.
KFH worked on behalf of Mountain Warehouse, MMX Retail acted for the landlord.
The deal is the latest in a string of successful negotiations for KFH Commercial Property over the last year. In particular, KFH has secured multiple units for Café Nero across south London and Surrey. In total, KFH has acquired six units ranging from 950 to 1,500 sq ft in Putney, SW15, Southfields, SW18, Worcester Park, KT4, Bromley South, BR1, Cheam, SM3, and Kingston-upon-Thames, KT1.
