KFH appoints Head of Portfolio Asset Management

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH), one of London’s largest independent property services groups, has appointed Kayleigh Sylvester as Head of Portfolio Asset Management, a newly created role to oversee KFH’s growing build-to-rent and corporate client portfolio.

Kayleigh brings eight years of property and portfolio management experience to the role, with six of those years focused on build-to-rent with JLL. In her previous role, Kayleigh was an asset manager overseeing the operation of a portfolio totalling over 1,000 units.
